Jeremiah 51:42

עָלָ֥ה עַל־בָּבֶ֖ל הַיָּ֑ם בַּהֲמֹ֥ון גַּלָּ֖יו נִכְסָֽתָה׃

The sea has come up over Bavel; with the multitude of its waves she is covered.
