Ezekiel 17:21

וְאֵ֨ת כָּל־מִבְרָחֹו בְּכָל־אֲגַפָּיו֙ בַּחֶ֣רֶב יִפֹּ֔לוּ וְהַנִּשְׁאָרִ֖ים לְכָל־ר֣וּחַ יִפָּרֵ֑שׂוּ וִידַעְתֶּ֕ם כִּ֛י אֲנִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה דִּבַּֽרְתִּי׃ ס

And all his fugitives in all his wings shall fall by the sword, and those who remain shall be scattered to every wind. And you shall know that I am YHWH, I have spoken.”
