Ezekiel 48:15

וַחֲמֵ֨שֶׁת אֲלָפִ֜ים הַנּוֹתָ֣ר בָּרֹ֗חַב עַל־פְּנֵ֨י חֲמִשָּׁ֤ה וְעֶשְׂרִים֙ אֶ֔לֶף חֹֽל־ה֣וּא לָעִ֔יר לְמוֹשָׁ֖ב וּלְמִגְרָ֑שׁ וְהָיְתָ֥ה הָעִ֖יר בְּתוֹכֹֽה׃

And the five thousand that remain in the breadth, beside the twenty-five thousand, shall be profane for the city, for dwelling and for open space; and the city shall be in its midst.
