Psalm 24:2

כִּי־֭הוּא עַל־יַמִּ֣ים יְסָדָ֑הּ וְעַל־֝נְהָרֹ֗ות יְכֹונְנֶֽהָ׃

For He upon the seas founded it, and upon the rivers He establishes it.
