Micah 5:8 (Micah 5:9)

תָּרֹ֥ם יָדְךָ֖ עַל־צָרֶ֑יךָ וְכָל־אֹיְבֶ֖יךָ יִכָּרֵֽתוּ׃ פ

Your hand shall be raised over your adversaries and all your enemies shall be cut off.
