Nahum 1:11

מִמֵּ֣ךְ יָצָ֔א חֹשֵׁ֥ב עַל־יְהוָ֖ה רָעָ֑ה יֹעֵ֖ץ בְּלִיָּֽעַל׃ ס

From you has gone out one who plans evil against YHWH, a counselor of worthlessness.
