Habakkuk 2:15

הֹ֚וי מַשְׁקֵ֣ה רֵעֵ֔הוּ מְסַפֵּ֥חַ חֲמָתְךָ֖ וְאַ֣ף שַׁכֵּ֑ר לְמַ֥עַן הַבִּ֖יט עַל־מְעֹורֵיהֶֽם׃

Woe to him who gives drink to his fellow, adding your wrath, and even making drunk, in order to look upon their nakedness.
