Zephaniah 1:10

וְהָיָה֩ בַיֹּ֨ום הַה֜וּא נְאֻם־יְהוָ֗ה קֹ֤ול צְעָקָה֙ מִשַּׁ֣עַר הַדָּגִ֔ים וִֽילָלָ֖ה מִן־הַמִּשְׁנֶ֑ה וְשֶׁ֥בֶר גָּדֹ֖ול מֵהַגְּבָעֹֽות׃

“And it shall be on that day,” declares YHWH, “a sound of crying from the Fish Gate, and wailing from the Second Quarter, and great breaking from the hills.
