Zechariah 4:9

יְדֵ֣י זְרֻבָּבֶ֗ל יִסְּד֛וּ הַבַּ֥יִת הַזֶּ֖ה וְיָדָ֣יו תְּבַצַּ֑עְנָה וְיָ֣דַעְתָּ֔ כִּֽי־יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֹ֖ות שְׁלָחַ֥נִי אֲלֵיכֶֽם׃

The hands of Zerubbavel have founded this house, and his hands shall complete it, and you shall know that YHWH of Hosts has sent me to you.
