Malachi 1:14

וְאָר֣וּר נֹוכֵ֗ל וְיֵ֤שׁ בְּעֶדְרֹו֙ זָכָ֔ר וְנֹדֵ֛ר וְזֹבֵ֥חַ מָשְׁחָ֖ת לַֽאדֹנָ֑י כִּי֩ מֶ֨לֶךְ גָּדֹ֜ול אָ֗נִי אָמַר֙ יְהוָ֣ה צְבָאֹ֔ות וּשְׁמִ֖י נֹורָ֥א בַגֹּויִֽם׃

“And cursed is a deceiver, and there is in his flock a male, and he vows and sacrifices a blemished thing to the Lord. For a great king am I,” says YHWH of Hosts, “and my name is feared among the nations.”
