Malachi 2:4

וִֽידַעְתֶּ֕ם כִּ֚י שִׁלַּ֣חְתִּי אֲלֵיכֶ֔ם אֵ֖ת הַמִּצְוָ֣ה הַזֹּ֑את לִֽהְיֹ֤ות בְּרִיתִי֙ אֶת־לֵוִ֔י אָמַ֖ר יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֹֽות׃

And you shall know that I have sent to you this commandment, to be my covenant with Levi,” says YHWH of Hosts.
