Malachi 2:13

וְזֹאת֙ שֵׁנִ֣ית תַּֽעֲשׂ֔וּ כַּסֹּ֤ות דִּמְעָה֙ אֶת־מִזְבַּ֣ח יְהוָ֔ה בְּכִ֖י וַֽאֲנָקָ֑ה מֵאֵ֣ין עֹ֗וד פְּנֹות֙ אֶל־הַמִּנְחָ֔ה וְלָקַ֥חַת רָצֹ֖ון מִיֶּדְכֶֽם׃

And this a second thing you do: to cover with tears the altar of YHWH, with weeping and groaning, from there being no more turning toward the offering and taking favor from your hand.
