Psalm 9:13 (Psalm 9:12)

כִּֽי־דֹרֵ֣שׁ דָּ֭מִים אוֹתָ֣ם זָכָ֑ר לֹֽא־שָׁ֝כַ֗ח צַעֲקַ֥ת עֲנָיִֽים׃

For the One seeking bloodshed remembered them. He did not forget the cry of the humble.
