Psalm 36:2 (Psalm 36:1)

נְאֻֽם־פֶּ֣שַׁע לָ֭רָשָׁע בְּקֶ֣רֶב לִבִּ֑י אֵֽין־פַּ֥חַד אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים לְנֶ֣גֶד עֵינָֽיו׃

Utterance of transgression to the wicked in the midst of my heart: there is no fear of God before his eyes.
