Psalm 38:13 (Psalm 38:12)

וַיְנַקְשׁ֤וּ מְבַקְשֵׁ֬י נַפְשִׁ֗י וְדֹרְשֵׁ֣י רָ֭עָתִי דִּבְּר֣וּ הַוֹּ֑ות וּ֝מִרְמֹ֗ות כָּל־הַיֹּ֥ום יֶהְגּֽוּ׃

And those seeking my life set snares, and those seeking my harm speak destructions, and deceits all the day they mutter.
