Psalm 46:3 (Psalm 46:2)

עַל־כֵּ֣ן לֹא־נִירָא בְּהָמִיר אָרֶץ וּבְמֹוט הָרִים בְּלֵב יַמִּים׃

Therefore we will not fear in the changing of the earth, and in the shaking of mountains in the heart of seas.
