Psalm 58:3 (Psalm 58:2)

אַף־בְּלֵב֮ עֹולֹ֪ת תִּפְעָ֫ל֥וּן בָּאָ֡רֶץ חֲמַ֥ס יְ֝דֵיכֶ֗ם תְּפַלֵּֽסֽוּן׃

Indeed, in the heart injustices you work, in the land the violence of your hands you weigh.
