Deuteronomy 15:21

וְכִֽי־יִהְיֶ֨ה בֹ֜ו מ֗וּם פִּסֵּ֨חַ֙ אֹ֣ו עִוֵּ֔ר כֹּ֖ל מ֣וּם רָ֑ע לֹ֣א תִזְבָּחֶ֔נּוּ לַיהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃

But if it has a defect, lame or blind, any serious defect, you shall not sacrifice it to YHWH your God.
