Deuteronomy 26:18

וַֽיהוָ֞ה הֶאֱמִֽירְךָ֣ הַיֹּ֗ום לִהְיֹ֥ות לֹו֙ לְעַ֣ם סְגֻלָּ֔ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר דִּבֶּר־לָ֑ךְ וְלִשְׁמֹ֖ר כָּל־מִצְוֹתָֽיו׃

And YHWH has declared you this day to be His treasured people, as He has spoken to you, and to keep all His commandments.
