Deuteronomy 27:14

וְעָנ֣וּ הַלְוִיִּ֗ם וְאָֽמְר֛וּ אֶל־כָּל־אִ֥ישׁ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל קֹ֥ול רָֽם׃ ס

And the Levites shall respond and say to all the men of Yisraʾel with a loud voice:
