Deuteronomy 27:6

אֲבָנִ֤ים שְׁלֵמֹות֙ תִּבְנֶ֔ה אֶת־מִזְבַּ֖ח יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ וְהַעֲלִ֤יתָ עָלָיו֙ עֹולֹ֔ת לַיהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃

Whole stones you shall build the altar of YHWH your God, and you shall offer upon it burnt offerings to YHWH your God.
