Deuteronomy 32:1

הַאֲזִ֥ינוּ הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם וַאֲדַבֵּ֑רָה וְתִשְׁמַ֥ע הָאָ֖רֶץ אִמְרֵי־פִֽי׃

“Give ear, O heavens, and I will speak; and let the earth hear the words of my mouth.
