Exodus 10:20

וַיְחַזֵּ֥ק יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־לֵ֣ב פַּרְעֹ֑ה וְלֹ֥א שִׁלַּ֖ח אֶת־בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And YHWH hardened the heart of Parʿo, and he did not send the children of Yisra’el.
