Exodus 10:27

וַיְחַזֵּ֥ק יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־לֵ֣ב פַּרְעֹ֑ה וְלֹ֥א אָבָ֖ה לְשַׁלְּחָֽם׃

And YHWH hardened the heart of Parʿo, and he was not willing to let them go.
