Exodus 11:9

וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה לֹא־יִשְׁמַע אֲלֵיכֶם פַּרְעֹה לְמַעַן רְבֹות מֹופְתַי בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם׃

And YHWH said to Moshe, “Parʿo will not listen to you, so that My wonders may be multiplied in the land of Mitsrayim.”
