Exodus 23:17

שָׁלֹ֥שׁ פְּעָמִ֖ים בַּשָּׁנָ֑ה יֵרָאֶה֙ כָּל־זְכ֣וּרְךָ֔ אֶל־פְּנֵ֖י הָאָדֹ֥ן יְהוָֽה׃

Three times in the year all your males shall appear before the Lord YHWH.
