Exodus 29:16

וְשָׁחַטְתָּ֖ אֶת־הָאָ֑יִל וְלָֽקַחְתָּ֙ אֶת־דָּמֹ֔ו וְזָרַקְתָּ֥ עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב׃

And you shall slaughter the ram, and you shall take its blood and sprinkle it on the altar around.
