Exodus 39:19

וַֽיַּעֲשׂ֗וּ שְׁתֵּי֙ טַבְּעֹ֣ת זָהָ֔ב וַיָּשִׂ֕ימוּ עַל־שְׁנֵ֖י קְצֹ֣ות הַחֹ֑שֶׁן עַל־שְׂפָתֹ֕ו אֲשֶׁ֛ר אֶל־עֵ֥בֶר הָאֵפֹ֖ד בָּֽיְתָה׃

And they made two rings of gold and placed them on the two ends of the breastpiece, on its edge which is on the side of the ephod inward.
