Ezekiel 1:14

וְהַחַיֹּ֖ות רָצֹ֣וא וָשֹׁ֑וב כְּמַרְאֵ֖ה הַבָּזָֽק׃

And the living creatures ran and returned, like the appearance of the lightning.
