Ezekiel 17:18

וּבָזָ֥ה אָלָ֖ה לְהָפֵ֣ר בְּרִ֑ית וְהִנֵּ֨ה נָתַ֥ן יָדֹ֛ו וְכָל־אֵ֥לֶּה עָשָׂ֖ה לֹ֥א יִמָּלֵֽט׃ ס

And he despised the oath, to break the covenant, and behold, he gave his hand, and he did all these things, he shall not escape.’”
