Ezekiel 26:4

וְשִׁחֲת֞וּ חֹמֹ֣ות צֹ֗ר וְהָֽרְסוּ֙ מִגְדָּלֶ֔יהָ וְסִֽחֵיתִ֥י עֲפָרָ֖הּ מִמֶּ֑נָּה וְנָתַתִּ֥י אֹותָ֖הּ לִצְחִ֥יחַ סָֽלַע׃

And they shall destroy the walls of Tsor, and they shall break down her towers; and I will scrape her dust from her, and I will make her like the bare rock.
