Ezekiel 46:3

וְהִשְׁתַּחֲו֣וּ עַם־הָאָ֗רֶץ פֶּ֚תַח הַשַּׁ֣עַר הַה֔וּא בַּשַּׁבָּתֹ֖ות וּבֶחֳדָשִׁ֑ים לִפְנֵ֖י יְהוָֽה׃

And the people of the land shall bow themselves at the entrance of that gate on the Sabbaths and on the new moons before YHWH.
