עַל־כֵּ֗ן קָרָ֛א לַמָּקֹ֥ום הַה֖וּא בְּאֵ֣ר שָׁ֑בַע כִּ֛י שָׁ֥ם נִשְׁבְּע֖וּ שְׁנֵיהֶֽם׃

Therefore, he called that place Be’er Sheva, because there the two of them swore an oath.
