Genesis 38:10

וַיֵּ֛רַע בְּעֵינֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׂ֑ה וַיָּ֖מֶת גַּם־אֹתֹֽו׃

And what he did was evil in the sight of the LORD, so He put him to death also.
