Genesis 38:7

וַיְהִ֗י עֵ֚ר בְּכֹ֣ור יְהוּדָ֔ה רַ֖ע בְּעֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וַיְמִתֵ֖הוּ יְהוָֽה׃

And ʿEr, the firstborn of Yehuda, was evil in the eyes of LORD, and LORD put him to death.
