Genesis 49:16

דָּ֖ן יָדִ֣ין עַמֹּ֑ו כְּאַחַ֖ד שִׁבְטֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

Dan shall judge his people as one of the tribes of IYisraʾel.
