Hosea 6:6

כִּ֛י חֶ֥סֶד חָפַ֖צְתִּי וְלֹא־זָ֑בַח וְדַ֥עַת אֱלֹהִ֖ים מֵעֹלֹֽות׃

For I desired loyalty and not sacrifice, and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.
