Isaiah 11:12

וְנָשָׂ֥א נֵס֙ לַגֹּויִ֔ם וְאָסַ֖ף נִדְחֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וּנְפֻצֹ֤ות יְהוּדָה֙ יְקַבֵּ֔ץ מֵאַרְבַּ֖ע כַּנְפֹ֥ות הָאָֽרֶץ׃

And he shall lift up a banner for the nations and shall gather the outcasts of Yisraʾel, and the dispersed of Yehuda he shall collect from the four corners of the earth.
