Isaiah 11:3

וַהֲרִיחֹ֖ו בְּיִרְאַ֣ת יְהוָ֑ה וְלֹֽא־לְמַרְאֵ֤ה עֵינָיו֙ יִשְׁפֹּ֔וט וְלֹֽא־לְמִשְׁמַ֥ע אָזְנָ֖יו יֹוכִֽיחַ׃

And his delight shall be in the fear of YHWH, and not by the sight of his eyes shall he judge, and not by the hearing of his ears shall he reprove.
