Isaiah 11:4

וְשָׁפַ֤ט בְּצֶ֨דֶק֙ דַּלִּ֔ים וְהֹוכִ֥יחַ בְּמִישֹׁ֖ור לְעַנְוֵי־אָ֑רֶץ וְהִֽכָּה־אֶ֨רֶץ֙ בְּשֵׁ֣בֶט פִּ֔יו וּבְר֥וּחַ שְׂפָתָ֖יו יָמִ֥ית רָשָֽׁע׃

And he shall judge the lowly with righteousness, and shall reprove with equity for the humble of the earth; and he shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips he shall slay the wicked.
