Isaiah 13:1

מַשָּׂ֖א בָּבֶ֑ל אֲשֶׁ֣ר חָזָ֔ה יְשַׁעְיָ֖הוּ בֶּן־אָמֹֽוץ׃

The oracle concerning Bavel which Yeshayahu son of Amots saw.
