Isaiah 14:5

שָׁבַ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה מַטֵּ֣ה רְשָׁעִ֑ים שֵׁ֖בֶט מֹשְׁלִֽים׃

YHWH has broken the staff of the wicked, the rod of rulers.
