Isaiah 14:6

מַכֶּ֤ה עַמִּים֙ בְּעֶבְרָ֔ה מַכַּ֖ת בִּלְתִּ֣י סָרָ֑ה רֹדֶ֤ה בָאַף֙ גֹּויִ֔ם מֻרְדָּ֖ף בְּלִ֥י חָשָֽׂךְ׃

Who struck peoples in wrath with an unrelenting blow, ruling nations in anger, pursued without restraint.
