Isaiah 19:12

אַיָּם֙ אֵפֹ֣וא חֲכָמֶ֔יךָ וְיַגִּ֥ידוּ נָ֖א לָ֑ךְ וְיֵ֣דְע֔וּ מַה־יָּעַ֛ץ יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֹ֖ות עַל־מִצְרָֽיִם׃

Where then are your wise men? Let them declare to you now, and let them know what YHWH of Hosts has purposed against Mitsrayim.
