Isaiah 19:13

נֹֽואֲלוּ֙ שָׂ֣רֵי צֹ֔עַן נִשְּׁא֖וּ שָׂ֣רֵי נֹ֑ף הִתְע֥וּ אֶת־מִצְרַ֖יִם פִּנַּ֥ת שְׁבָטֶֽיהָ׃

The princes of Tsoʿan have acted foolishly, the princes of Nof are deceived; they have led Mitsrayim astray, the cornerstone of her tribes.
