Isaiah 19:5

וְנִשְּׁתוּ־מַ֖יִם מֵֽהַיָּ֑ם וְנָהָ֖ר יֶחֱרַ֥ב וְיָבֵֽשׁ׃

And the waters shall be dried from the sea, and the river shall be ruined and dried up.
