Isaiah 25:12

וּמִבְצַ֞ר מִשְׂגַּ֣ב חֹומֹתֶ֗יךָ הֵשַׁ֥ח הִשְׁפִּ֛יל הִגִּ֥יעַ לָאָ֖רֶץ עַד־עָפָֽר׃ ס

And the fortified stronghold of your walls he has bowed down, he has brought low, he has made it reach to the earth, even to the dust.
