Isaiah 25:3

עַל־כֵּ֖ן יְכַבְּד֣וּךָ עַם־עָ֑ז קִרְיַ֛ת גֹּויִ֥ם עָרִיצִ֖ים יִירָאֽוּךָ׃

Therefore a strong people shall honor You; the city of ruthless nations shall fear You.
