Isaiah 26:10

יֻחַ֤ן רָשָׁע֙ בַּל־לָמַ֣ד צֶ֔דֶק בְּאֶ֥רֶץ נְכֹחֹ֖ות יְעַוֵּ֑ל וּבַל־יִרְאֶ֖ה גֵּא֥וּת יְהוָֽה׃ ס

Though the wicked is shown favor, he does not learn righteousness; in a land of uprightness he deals unjustly, and does not behold the majesty of YHWH.
