Isaiah 29:24

וְיָדְע֥וּ תֹֽעֵי־ר֖וּחַ בִּינָ֑ה וְרֹוגְנִ֖ים יִלְמְדוּ־לֶֽקַח׃

And those who err in spirit shall understand, and murmurers shall learn instruction.
